2. Use of This Website

2.1 You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

2.2 You must not use this site in any way that may cause damage, impair availability, or infringe on the rights of others.

2.3 We may suspend or restrict access to the site if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 All content on this site (including text, images, videos, branding, and designs) is owned by HomeInspire or licensed to us.

3.2 You may view, download, and print content for personal use only.

3.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

4. Content & Accuracy

4.1 We aim to keep all information on this site accurate and up to date, but we make no warranties or guarantees about its accuracy, completeness, or reliability.

4.2 Content may change or be updated without notice.

5. Services & Payment

5.1 All services (videography, photography, marketing packages) are subject to separate agreements, proposals, or invoices.

5.2 Prices and availability are subject to change.

5.3 Payment terms will be agreed upon in writing before a project commences.

6. Shoots & Production

6.1 All shoots must be booked a minimum of two weeks in advance. Bookings are confirmed only written confirmation has been received. We reserve the right to reschedule due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6.2 The client (whether homeowner, architect, designer, or other collaborator) is responsible for ensuring the property is ready and accessible at the agreed time. Any significant delays on the day that affect the shoot may result in additional charges.

6.3 Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in additional charges. We will endeavour to accommodate rescheduling requests where possible, subject to availability.

6.4 HomeInspire retains full creative control over the production, editing, and presentation of all video and photographic content. Whilst it is a collaborative effort to produce our content, the final editorial decisions - including structure, narrative, pacing, and visual style - rest with HomeInspire.

6.5 Clients will receive a preview of the final video edit before publication. This is the opportunity to raise factual corrections or flag any material concerns. HomeInspire will consider reasonable requests but is not obligated to make stylistic changes that conflict with the platform's editorial standards.

7. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

7.1 All video footage, photography, written editorial content, and associated media produced by HomeInspire remains the intellectual property of HomeInspire, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7.2 By engaging HomeInspire, the client grants us permission to feature the project - including images, video, project details, and descriptions - across the HomeInspire platform, website, YouTube channel, and social media channels, for the purposes of content production and publication.

8. Licensing

8.1 A standard HomeInspire feature package includes a Social Media Licence. This permits the client to:

  • Reshare HomeInspire's published content on their own social media platforms

  • Link to and/or embed the HomeInspire YouTube video on their own website or in communications

  • Link to and/or share the HomeInspire project article

The Social Media Licence does not permit downloading original video files, re-editing or repurposing footage, or using content in paid advertising, website marketing, or commercial campaigns.

8.2 A Full Commercial Licence is required for any use of HomeInspire's video content beyond the Social Media Licence. This covers:

  • Use of footage on the client's own website

  • Marketing campaigns and paid social advertising

  • Repurposing or re-editing footage for internal or external communications

  • Use in client presentations, pitch materials, or tender documents

Where a client purchases add-ons such as custom intros/outros, bespoke reels, or alternative edits, a Full Commercial Licence is required in addition to the production fee for those edits.

8.3 Project photography taken as part of a HomeInspire shoot remains the property of HomeInspire. Limited use for social media purposes is included within the standard package. For use on the client's own website, in marketing materials, or in commercial contexts, a Photography Licence add-on must be purchased. Please enquire for pricing.

8.4 Clients may purchase raw, unedited footage as a separate add-on. This does not transfer copyright or ownership of the footage. A Full Commercial Licence is required to use raw footage in marketing or commercial contexts.

9. Social Media & Collaboration

9.1 As part of the standard HomeInspire feature package, we will publish content across our social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, tagging the client's practice and/or project where applicable.

9.2 Where agreed, we are happy to collaborate with clients on Instagram content - for example, joint posts or shared reels - as part of the standard package. Any additional bespoke social content beyond what is outlined in the agreed package will be subject to separate add-on pricing.

9.3 Clients should not publish or share unedited clips or footage from the shoot day on their own channels prior to the HomeInspire feature going live, without prior written agreement.

10. Photography Add-On

Where photography is purchased as part of a HomeInspire shoot, the following terms apply:

  • Images are delivered digitally in high resolution following the shoot.

  • Images may be used by the client on their own social media channels as part of the included Social Media Licence.

  • Use of photography on the client's own website, in print materials, in marketing campaigns, or for any commercial purpose is allowed through the purchase of photography.

  • HomeInspire retains the right to use all photography across its own platform, website, and social channels.

11. Digital Products & Downloads

All digital products - including the HomeInspire Renovation Handbook and any associated downloads - are non-refundable. Once purchased, you will have immediate access to the product, and no cancellations or refunds will be offered.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand and accept that digital products cannot be returned or exchanged.

12. Links to Other Websites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any external sites.

13. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

14. Privacy

Your use of our site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
