This website is operated by HomeInspire (“we”, “us”, “our”), a UK-based Architectural media & marketing platform

2. Use of This Website
2.1 You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
2.2 You must not use this site in any way that may cause damage, impair availability, or infringe on the rights of others.
2.3 We may suspend or restrict access to the site if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 All content on this site (including text, images, videos, branding, and designs) is owned by HomeInspire or licensed to us.
3.2 You may view, download, and print content for personal use only.
3.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
4. Content & Accuracy
4.1 We aim to keep all information on this site accurate and up to date, but we make no warranties or guarantees about its accuracy, completeness, or reliability.
4.2 Content may change or be updated without notice.
5. Services & Payment
5.1 All services (videography, photography, marketing packages) are subject to separate agreements, proposals, or invoices.
5.2 Prices and availability are subject to change.
5.3 Payment terms will be agreed upon in writing before a project commences.
6. Shoots & Production
6.1 All shoots must be booked a minimum of two weeks in advance. Bookings are confirmed only written confirmation has been received. We reserve the right to reschedule due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6.2 The client (whether homeowner, architect, designer, or other collaborator) is responsible for ensuring the property is ready and accessible at the agreed time. Any significant delays on the day that affect the shoot may result in additional charges.
6.3 Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in additional charges. We will endeavour to accommodate rescheduling requests where possible, subject to availability.
6.4 HomeInspire retains full creative control over the production, editing, and presentation of all video and photographic content. Whilst it is a collaborative effort to produce our content, the final editorial decisions - including structure, narrative, pacing, and visual style - rest with HomeInspire.
6.5 Clients will receive a preview of the final video edit before publication. This is the opportunity to raise factual corrections or flag any material concerns. HomeInspire will consider reasonable requests but is not obligated to make stylistic changes that conflict with the platform's editorial standards.
7. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property
7.1 All video footage, photography, written editorial content, and associated media produced by HomeInspire remains the intellectual property of HomeInspire, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7.2 By engaging HomeInspire, the client grants us permission to feature the project - including images, video, project details, and descriptions - across the HomeInspire platform, website, YouTube channel, and social media channels, for the purposes of content production and publication.
8. Licensing
8.1 A standard HomeInspire feature package includes a Social Media Licence. This permits the client to:
Reshare HomeInspire's published content on their own social media platforms
Link to and/or embed the HomeInspire YouTube video on their own website or in communications
Link to and/or share the HomeInspire project article
The Social Media Licence does not permit downloading original video files, re-editing or repurposing footage, or using content in paid advertising, website marketing, or commercial campaigns.
8.2 A Full Commercial Licence is required for any use of HomeInspire's video content beyond the Social Media Licence. This covers:
Use of footage on the client's own website
Marketing campaigns and paid social advertising
Repurposing or re-editing footage for internal or external communications
Use in client presentations, pitch materials, or tender documents
Where a client purchases add-ons such as custom intros/outros, bespoke reels, or alternative edits, a Full Commercial Licence is required in addition to the production fee for those edits.
8.3 Project photography taken as part of a HomeInspire shoot remains the property of HomeInspire. Limited use for social media purposes is included within the standard package. For use on the client's own website, in marketing materials, or in commercial contexts, a Photography Licence add-on must be purchased. Please enquire for pricing.
8.4 Clients may purchase raw, unedited footage as a separate add-on. This does not transfer copyright or ownership of the footage. A Full Commercial Licence is required to use raw footage in marketing or commercial contexts.
9. Social Media & Collaboration
9.1 As part of the standard HomeInspire feature package, we will publish content across our social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, tagging the client's practice and/or project where applicable.
9.2 Where agreed, we are happy to collaborate with clients on Instagram content - for example, joint posts or shared reels - as part of the standard package. Any additional bespoke social content beyond what is outlined in the agreed package will be subject to separate add-on pricing.
9.3 Clients should not publish or share unedited clips or footage from the shoot day on their own channels prior to the HomeInspire feature going live, without prior written agreement.
10. Photography Add-On
Where photography is purchased as part of a HomeInspire shoot, the following terms apply:
Images are delivered digitally in high resolution following the shoot.
Images may be used by the client on their own social media channels as part of the included Social Media Licence.
Use of photography on the client's own website, in print materials, in marketing campaigns, or for any commercial purpose is allowed through the purchase of photography.
HomeInspire retains the right to use all photography across its own platform, website, and social channels.
11. Digital Products & Downloads
All digital products - including the HomeInspire Renovation Handbook and any associated downloads - are non-refundable. Once purchased, you will have immediate access to the product, and no cancellations or refunds will be offered.
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand and accept that digital products cannot be returned or exchanged.
12. The HomeInspire Directory
The HomeInspire Directory is a curated directory of architects, designers, suppliers and other businesses involved in UK residential renovation and design.
HomeInspire reserves the right to review and approve applications before a listing is activated. Payment does not automatically guarantee acceptance into the Directory.
We reserve the right to decline an application where, in our reasonable opinion, the business, service or content is not appropriate for the HomeInspire Directory or its audience.
13. Directory Membership
A standard HomeInspire Directory membership runs for 12 months from the date of joining.
The current membership price is £300 including VAT per year.
A standard membership includes:
An online profile within the HomeInspire Directory.
Listing under the member's chosen category.
Company logo.
Short & long company description.
Website and/or social media links.
Contact details where provided.
Searchability by trade, name and region.
A small listing within the HomeInspire Renovation Guide.
Inclusion of a logo, 75-word company description and website link within the guide.
Links to relevant HomeInspire features where the member's products or services have been included in one of our projects or features.
HomeInspire may update the format, layout, design or functionality of the Directory and Renovation Guide from time to time.
14. Approval of Applications
All Directory applications are subject to approval by HomeInspire.
Where an application is not approved, any payment already made for the rejected membership will be refunded.
HomeInspire does not guarantee that an application will be accepted simply because an application has been submitted or payment has been made.
15. Directory Listing Content
Members are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied to HomeInspire is accurate, current and suitable for publication.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Company name
Logo
Company description
Website address
Social media links
Contact details
Category and regional information
Images and other supplied materials
HomeInspire may edit submitted copy for spelling, grammar, formatting, length and consistency with the style of the Directory.
HomeInspire may request amendments to content where necessary.
Members must ensure that they have the necessary rights and permissions to provide any logos, images, text or other materials supplied to HomeInspire.
16. Directory Placement & Visibility
HomeInspire does not guarantee a particular position, ranking, search result, number of views, enquiries, leads, website visits, social media reach or other commercial result from a Directory listing.
Listings may appear in different positions depending on the structure and functionality of the Directory, including category, region and search results.
The Directory is promoted across the HomeInspire platform, but the level and frequency of promotion may vary.
17. HomeInspire Features
Where a member's products, services or business have been included in a HomeInspire project or feature, HomeInspire may include relevant links or references within the member's Directory listing and associated website content.
Inclusion within the Directory does not guarantee that a member will be featured in future HomeInspire editorial, video, social media, YouTube or other content.
Any editorial or project features are at the discretion of HomeInspire.
18. Renewal of Directory Membership
Directory memberships are for an initial period of 12 months.
Unless cancelled before the renewal date, an active membership will automatically renew for a further 12-month period at the applicable renewal price.
The renewal price may differ from the original membership price. Where the renewal price or material terms change, HomeInspire will provide reasonable advance notice before the renewal payment is taken.
Members may cancel automatic renewal at any time before the next renewal date by contacting HomeInspire at:
Cancellation of automatic renewal will prevent the next year's membership fee from being charged. The existing membership will normally remain active until the end of the current paid membership period.
HomeInspire will not normally provide a refund for unused time remaining in an annual membership period where a member chooses to cancel after the membership has commenced, except where required by law or otherwise agreed by HomeInspire.
19. Payment
All prices shown by HomeInspire are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made using the payment method provided at checkout.
If a renewal payment fails, HomeInspire may contact the member to request updated payment details. If payment remains outstanding, HomeInspire may suspend or remove the Directory listing until the outstanding amount has been paid.
20. Optional Guide Upgrades
Members may purchase an optional upgrade to their standard Renovation Guide listing.
The available upgrades are currently:
Medium Listing — £150 inc. VAT/year
Includes a logo, one image, a 150-word company description and direct website link.
Large Listing — £250 inc. VAT/year
Includes a logo, two images, a 250-word company description and direct website link.
Guide upgrades are available only while the member has an active Directory membership.
Guide upgrades run for the same 12-month period as the Directory membership and will renew annually unless cancelled before the renewal date.
21. Promotional Add-ons
HomeInspire may offer additional promotional opportunities to Directory members.
These may include:
Instagram Story Feature — £100 inc. VAT
Newsletter Feature — £150 inc. VAT
Website Feature — £200 inc. VAT
These promotional services are one-off purchases and do not automatically renew, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the point of purchase.
Promotional features are subject to HomeInspire's editorial schedule, availability and approval.
Purchasing a promotional feature does not guarantee a particular number of impressions, views, clicks, enquiries or other commercial results.
HomeInspire may determine the format, presentation, publication date and positioning of promotional content, while taking reasonable account of the information supplied by the member.
22. Promotional Content
Where a promotional feature requires images, text, logos, links or other materials from the member, these must be supplied in the format and by the deadline requested by HomeInspire.
If required materials are not supplied within a reasonable timeframe, HomeInspire may need to reschedule the feature.
HomeInspire is not responsible for delays caused by a member's failure to provide the required information or materials.
23. Changes to a Listing
Members may contact HomeInspire to request reasonable updates to their listing during their membership period.
HomeInspire will make reasonable efforts to update information, but cannot guarantee that every requested change will be made immediately.
Significant changes to a business, service or offering may be reviewed to ensure the listing remains appropriate for the Directory.

24. Suspension or Removal of Listings
HomeInspire may suspend or remove a listing where:
Information supplied is materially inaccurate or misleading.
The business or services no longer meet the requirements of the Directory.
The member breaches these Terms & Conditions.
The member engages in conduct that HomeInspire reasonably considers harmful to the HomeInspire brand, its audience or other Directory members.
Payment remains outstanding.
The business ceases trading or the listing is no longer relevant.
Where appropriate, HomeInspire will provide the member with notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before removing a listing.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights the member may have under applicable law.
25. Refunds
Membership and promotional fees are generally non-refundable once the relevant service has commenced, except where a refund is required by law or agreed by HomeInspire.
If HomeInspire rejects an application before the Directory membership has commenced, any payment made for that rejected application will be refunded.
If HomeInspire is unable to deliver a paid promotional feature and cannot reasonably reschedule or provide an alternative, HomeInspire will discuss an appropriate remedy with the member.
Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
26. Intellectual Property
Members retain ownership of their own trademarks, logos, images and other materials supplied to HomeInspire.
By submitting materials for use within the Directory, Renovation Guide or agreed promotional activity, the member grants HomeInspire permission to use, reproduce, resize, edit and display those materials for the purpose of providing and promoting the purchased service.
This permission continues for as long as reasonably necessary to display or promote content that was published during the membership or promotional period.
HomeInspire retains ownership of its own website, Directory, guides, editorial content, designs, branding, photography, video and other original materials.
27. Links to Third-Party Websites
Directory listings may contain links to member websites, social media profiles and other third-party websites.
HomeInspire is not responsible for the content, availability, security or operation of third-party websites.
Members are responsible for ensuring that links supplied to HomeInspire are accurate and lead to appropriate destinations.
28. Availability of the Directory
HomeInspire will use reasonable efforts to keep the Directory available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
The Directory may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, updates or circumstances outside HomeInspire's reasonable control.
HomeInspire may change, update or restructure the Directory, website or Renovation Guide from time to time.
29. Limitation of Liability
HomeInspire does not guarantee that Directory membership or any promotional service will generate enquiries, sales, leads, website traffic, social media engagement or other commercial outcomes.
To the extent permitted by law, HomeInspire will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Directory or associated promotional services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
30. Links to Other Websites
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any external sites.
31. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
32. Privacy
Your use of our site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
33. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
34. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
