Hartwood, Surrey Hills.
Claudia Dorsch invited us to Hartwood — a Tudor Revival country house in the Surrey Hills that she completely transformed from a dark, compartmentalised home into a bright, open and deeply considered family residence. Working with local architects, Claudia reshaped the entire ground floor, added a dramatic glazed extension and brought a cohesive modern country aesthetic to every room. We filmed with her in September 2025 to hear the story behind one of her most striking projects to date.
