In this home tour, we met Lara, originally from South Africa but has lived in London for the past 30 years and purchased Heaver House 16 years ago!

A Victorian property, built between 1890 & 1910 by local property developer Alfred Heaver. This beautiful double-fronted Victorian property has since been extended and interior designed throughout, and is set over 3 floors. It's currently used as Lara's family home, but is also used as a location home with Location Creation.

About the space

Inside, the large open-plan kitchen with island flows into bright living spaces, while six generous bedrooms and multiple bathrooms provide plenty of room for a variety of setups. The garden and patio add a relaxed outdoor option, perfect for summer scenes. A mix of contemporary, modern and period details, along with features like floor-to-ceiling glass, skylights, and a standalone bath,
