We filmed this project with the developer, Tee, in July 2025.

In this feature, we met Tee, a property developer in North London. He had recently purchased this run down mid terraced house in Stoke Newington, with his aim to completely take it back to brick and renovate it throughout. As part of this renovation, he extended out to the rear and the side to create a new large kitchen dining space. He also dug down into the basement to create an additional bedroom, and converted the loft space with the additional of a dormer to create another bedroom too.

About the space

This exquisitely refurbished five-bedroom house, located on one of Stoke Newington's most sought-after residential roads, exemplifies the perfect fusion of period charm and modern luxury.
